Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully curated selection of North American cheeses, standout imported cheeses, top-notch cured meats, artisan pantry items, and sandwiches crafted with as much care as their cheese racks. They have cheese curds, cheese for people who are lactose sensitive, “weird” or unusual cheeses, a wealth of “cheesy knowledge” and a “grate” sense of humor. 

With a warm, inviting atmosphere and full deli menu, it’s a perfect spot to grab lunch with a friend. Whether you're in the mood for a classic Reuben, a hearty bowl of chili, or a fresh salad loaded with veggies, you'll find it all at Cheese Ranch Deli. They host frequent events and Fondue Fridays are a favorite - $35 gets you a full meal of bread, sausage, roasted potatoes and veggies for dipping.

Cheese Ranch Artisan Deli is located a bit off the beaten path, but an easy walk from downtown. Find them off of 16th, between Ford and Jackson, at 601 16th Street, north of Safeway. Open Monday - Saturday, 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
