Join us for this dynamic, family friendly opportunity to intertwine music and relationships. Grab a drum or other percussion and head over to the studio. No experience necessary. No Instruments? No worries. We’ve got extras to share.

 

Qoya with Sydney Zwicker

Qoya is a women’s mindful movement class with meaning. It is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our essence is wise, wild & free. This draws reference to the movement forms that are created in the expression through dance.

 

Ecstatic Dance with DJ Tucker Cunningham

Let loose and dance to the DJ sounds of Tucker Cunningham, transporting you through a landscape of sound. Free flow dance or just hang out while absorbing the music. Then wind down to a relaxing meditative state, surrendering to the opening and connection. 

 

Sound Healing with Meg Krug

Join us for an immersive sound & vibration experience. You will be taken on a journey of healing sounds with Chrystal & Himalayan bowls, a gong & more. This is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, allowing some space to open up, rest and let go.

Groove dance floor is a dynamically interactive & creative group dance experience. Feel good in your body experiencing slow meditative grooves to heart thumping and strength-building cardio beats.
