Join Yogini, Sonja Jeter, for a 4 week journey into yoga and wellness. Enjoy a simple yoga flow followed by various topics in health, wellness, and yoga. Includes the 8 limbs of Yoga, breathing techniques to relieve stress, nutrition, and herbs for health.  

Week 1: June 5th - Intro to Yoga

Yoga is more than just postures. It is a lifestyle that ties mind, body and spirit together. Learn about the 8 limbs of Yoga and how you can incorporate them into your life. 

Week 2: June 12th - Breathe Your Stress Away

Learn how the power of your breath can calm your body and relieve stress as well as other stress management techniques. 

Week 3: June 19th - Nutrition

There is so much nutrition information available. It can be simple to navigate the food world and make healthy eating a way of life. 

Week 4: June 26th - Herbs for Healing

Spice up your meals and reap the health benefits.
