Description

Do you need more peace of mind, relaxation, and focus? Do you desire an unshakeable yoga practice as a core part of your life? Do you plan to make more yoga your new year’s resolution for 2020? Do you have a tough time committing to or following through on new habits? If the answer is yes to any of those questions then this workshop series is for you. Whether you are a beginner just starting or an advanced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, there is something in this workshop for you.

Set in two parts, this workshop will support you in achieving your yoga and life goals over the first 5-10 weeks of 2020.

In Part 1: Rock Strong, we will explore topics like the science behind habit setting, how meditation can support our habit development, the mindset needed to succeed, and how terminology can affect success.
In Part 2: Rock On, we will deepen our practices, get rock solid, and cultivate our support for success.

Workshop attendees will be building their community by practicing yoga together, discussing challenges, and getting intentional with life. Each 1.5 hour class will consist of, meditation, discussion, and traditional yoga practices from hatha to nidra.
