A summer weekly all levels Pilates and Yoga class to strengthen the core and hips, and yoga stretches to help stretch and relax.

Abundant Wellness believes in giving back, so all park classes will be donation-based. Each month, a portion of the donations with go to a nonprofit organization. For the month of June, donations will be collected for In July, we will be supporting And In August, it's all about local schools.

Please sign the online liability waiver, or show up 30 minutes before class to sign and set up.

Please bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel if necessary for added cushion/support.
