Two Different Yoga Series Specifically Designed for Off-Season Cyclists

Yoga for Flexibility
Mondays beginning January 6 through February 10
6:00pm-7:00pm at Big Ring Cycles
A six-week series to improve flexibility for off-season cyclists with emphasis on hips and shoulders. Improve your flexibility, and resilience to injury without even saddling up! Come join Kari Kwinn for a six-week yoga program designed specifically for cyclists. Each week builds upon the last, offering you the building blocks for a home yoga practice that supports your sport. Bring a yoga mat, a beach towel, and a pair of tube socks.Your $65 registration includes ALL 6 weeks.

Yoga for Strength
Wednesdays beginning January 8 through January 29
6:00pm-7:00pm at Big Ring Cycles
A four-week series to improve strength for off-season cyclists with emphasis on core and knee support muscles. Improve your strength and endurance without even saddling up! Come join Kari Kwinn for a four-week yoga program designed specifically for cyclists. Each week builds upon the last, offering you the building blocks for a home yoga practice that supports your sport. Bring a yoga mat, a beach towel, and a pair of tube socks.
