Golden Cliffs at North Table Mountain Trail

Location & Contact Information

Description

The Trail to the Golden Cliffs Preserve is advanced with grades exceeding 25 percent. Hikers must yield to climbers and to climbing activities along the cliffs. No bike access. Access the trail via the south end of Peery Drive. Wildlife: The Front Range of Colorado touches three distinct ecosystems – grassland prairie, pinyon-ponderosa woodlands and montane – that support a rich variety of mammals, birds, amphibians and reptiles. Rabbit, hare, prairie dog, fox, coyote, badger, bobcat, mule deer, elk, black bear and mountain lion all call the Front Range their home.
