Ride the Rockies Final Day

Golden has been the final day of this signature Colorado Bicycle tour many times. Unfortunately, the event has been canceled for 2024.

Starting in historic Golden, CO, this event features long Rocky Mountain climbs and descents, elevations between 5,600 - 11,000 feet above sea level, and a great downtown park atmosphere for the finish line party.

Cars Parking

Downtown will be busy! If you live close, walking or biking is recommended. If you are coming from outside of Golden, consider taking the light rail to the Jefferson County Government stop and riding your bike downtown. Try the free Clear Creek public parking lot at 304 10th Street. It's open from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. No overnight parking. Parking garages downtown will also be open to the public but get there early, as access to them will be limited. More information on parking and transportation is available by clicking on these links: Parking in Golden Transportation to Golden

Street closures may be subject to change on race day at the discretion of the Golden Police Department or the Colorado State Patrol.
