Golden Farmers Markets
Golden's local food scene is blooming. Whether you're stocking up on fresh Colorado produce, discovering a new favorite vendor, or just soaking in the community vibe, the farmers markets in Golden are a summer staple worth building your visit around.
Golden Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market Saturdays
May 30 – October 3, 2026 | 8:00 am – 1:00 pm 10th & Illinois Street Parking Lot, Downtown Golden

Golden's Saturday market has brought together local farmers, makers, and neighbors since 2002. Every week, the 10th & Illinois lot comes alive with fresh produce, flowers, artisan goods, food vendors, live music, and more. Make a morning of it: grab something fresh, then wander Clear Creek, explore the shops along Washington Avenue, or pull up a patio seat at one of Golden's downtown restaurants.
The market accepts SNAP and Double Up Food Bucks. Stop by the Info Booth for assistance.
Special Notice: On July 25, the market moves to Golden High School (701 24th Street) due to Buffalo Bill Days.
Getting There
Free parking is available at the Clear Creek Parking Lot at 10th & Archer (map) and Colorado School of Mines Lot K at 11th and Maple. For a full parking map, visit Parkgoldenco.com and Goldenfarmersmarket.org.
Coming from outside downtown? Hop on the free Ore Cart Shuttle, running Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Gold Route stops right at the market entrance, and all other routes have stops conveniently nearby. Bike racks are also available on-site, so bring your lock.
