What is Olde Golden Holidays?
Olde Golden Holidays is a city-wide celebration of the holiday season in Golden, Colorado. Our community events are Olde Golden Candlelight Walk, Olde Golden Holiday Parade, Jingle on the Avenue, and  Holiday Lights. Additional Golden area events ( holiday and non-holiday), are listed on our main Event Calendar.

What are the dates of Olde Golden Holidays?
Olde Golden Holiday runs from the end of November through the end of December. Check the  Golden Holiday Events Calendar for specific dates and details for events in November through February.

Does this cost anything to attend?
The City and Golden Chamber main events for Olde Golden Holiday are all free to attend. Other events happening might charge a fee, but details can be found in the event description for each event on our Event Calendar.

Where can I park?
Parking is free for the first 2 hours parking in our downtown parking lots and garages after registering your license plate. Register your vehicle at the pay station or by using the Parkmobile app, even if you are staying less than 2 hours. Details about parking (including maps) can be found here: www.visitgolden.com/your-visit/getting-here/parking

Is this event family-friendly?
It is! Children of all ages are welcome to attend the events. 

How long will the lights be up?
Golden’s sparkling lights along Washington Avenue stay lit through mid-Feb. Make a return visit after the holiday season for a romantic & relaxing walk through our historic downtown.
