HOLIDAY PARADE IN GOLDEN, CO

FREE HOLIDAY FAMILY FUN

Celebrate the season at the Golden Holiday Parade on Saturday, December 12, 2026. The Olde Golden Holidays Parade is bringing back its themed parade tradition for 2026, and this year Golden is trading sleigh bells for spurs with Western Winter Wonderland. It’s the Old West meets the North Pole, in the heart of a town.

Enjoy a festive morning along Washington Avenue with creative floats, elves, Victorian carolers, marching bands, antique cars, the Grinch, Buffalo Bill and Santa. The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs between 10th and 13th Streets.

After the parade, enjoy a meal at a local restaurant or browse the shops in historic downtown Golden. Then take a free carriage ride from 12 to 2 p.m. Carriage rides pick up on 12th Street, just west of Washington Avenue by Bella Colibri. This festive holiday tradition is open to everyone.

Bring your family and friends and experience the charm and spirit of the season in Golden.
