At State 38 Distilling, we proudly embody the essence of drinkably different. Our distillery is rooted in the heart of the Rockies, named after the 38th state, and we take pride in our Colorado heritage. Colorado is not just a location; it’s a source of inspiration that defines the character of State 38 Distilling. With over 12 spirits in our portfolio, each bottle tells a unique story. From the bold character of our whiskeys, to the refined elegance of our agave spirits, to the uniqueness of our damn smooth spirits, and the allure of our special releases, we offer an expansive collection that caters to every taste and occasion. State 38 spirits range from the familiar—Bourbon, Vodka, and Gin—to the adventurous—Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, Absinthe, Rye, Wheat and Peat-Smoked Whiskeys. Our large spirit portfolio, hand-built stills, and tasting room are as genuine as the place they are made. Come experience a tour, host an event, taste our spirits, enjoy a cocktail, and take a bottle home to share.
